Responsibilities
Preparing master budgeting overhead sheets and financial reports for meetings and investors
Evaluate the long-term and short-term financing projects and financial viability of the projects
Evaluate and manage Company Financial liabilities (Short term & long term loans, lease payments and L/C Payments etc.) monthly
Managing Daily Bank Cash Flow and prepare Daily Operational Cash Flow Report
Dealing & Evaluation of Financial Trading Tools L/Cs & L/Gs
Working with FM and business heads to prepare budgets and track profit / loss performance by business unit and on Monthly basis
Effectiveness of internal Controls and Assist with the annual audit
Fully responsible for the accuracy of stocks, reviewing credit control procedures, stock limit, holding & ordering Costs
Weekly Review the Reconciliation of AR & AP, deposits, prepayments, and creditor/accruals accounting records to provide a full report to the finance Manager
