AM Supply Chain

o Liaising with customers, suppliers and transport companies.
o Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt & dispatch of goods.
o The efficient utilization of space and mechanical handling equipment, ensuring quality,
budgetary targets and environmental objectives are met.
o Having a clear understanding of the company\'s policies and vision and how the warehouse
contributes to these.
o Coordinating the use of automated and computerized systems where utilized.
o Responding to and dealing with customer communication by email and telephone.
o Keeping stock control systems up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy.
o Organizing the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and
progress.
o Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity
targets are met or exceeded.
o Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
o Briefing team leaders on a daily basis.
o Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment, for
example, ensuring that stock such as chemicals and non-chemicals are stored safely.
o Overseeing the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment.

o Oversee whole warehouse operations.
o Handle incoming raw materials
o Inventory Goods that arrived from production.
o Monitor progress of major shipments to ensure receipt.
o Collaborate with marketing executives to ensure that the new products reach the right
markets at the optimal time
o Ensure goods are stored properly and at the right temperature.
o Direct appropriate quantities of items to stock.
o Ensure and plan disposal old/ expired materials through Technical for reuse.
