Responsibilities:
I am working as Foreman Mechanical & Plumbing at this organization, manage all maintenance & Construction work properly as per drawings, I have much knowledge of Sewer drainage system work (Manholes, Inspection Chambers, Gully Traps, sedimentation chambers and Slow down Chambers), Water supply system, fire fighting system (Valves chambers, pipe material, fittings) and Irrigation water line.
I have also knowledge of Chiller ducts, Sewer Drainage system, Waste Drainage System, firefighting and Irrigation pipe line fitting and these maintenance & working.
Installation Oil Interceptors & Grease Interceptors, STP (Sewer Treatment Plant) pumping & piping, Main Fire pipeline, Fire Hydrants,
Installation of Irrigation main pipeline, latter pipeline, Bubblers, Sprinklers, Rotator etc.
Mechanical Engineer
Responsibilities:
I worked as Shift Engineer Mechanical (Maintenance Engineer) at this organization manage all maintenance & operational work properly, I have much knowledge of operation and maintenance of 14000 TCD (Ton Crushing per Day) in sugar plant equipped with water tube steam Boilers (03 Nos. of Boilers are 80 Ton/Hour & 02 Nos. are 40 Ton/Hour) steam distribution, pressure reducing and de-superheating equipments.
Also installation, maintenance and operational work of Power house multistage back pressure steam turbine 12 MW. Commissioning, maintenance of rotating and stationary equipments like pumps, drag and roller type chain, carriers, Draught fans, gear boxes, valves, heat exchangers, vapors cells, evaporators, pre-heaters and vessels, storage tanks, batch type refine centrifugal machines, continuous centrifugal machine FCB K-1100, Multi Jet condensers, cooling tower cells, pipe fitting work etc.
Apprantice Engineer
During the Training, I have attended all kinds of Gears, Valves, Pumps, Chains, Conveyors, Hydraulic units, Drawings, Operation and maintenance of 14000 TCD sugar plant equipped with water tube steam boiler (03 Nos. of Boilers are 80 Ton/Hour & 02 Nos. are 40 Ton/Hour) steam distribution, pressure reducing and de-superheating equipment & power house steam turbines 12 MW, Rotating and stationary equipments and accessories.
