I am a graduate in Management from University of Peshawar with a Master's degree in Human Resource Development. My academic background has provided me a comprehensive knowledge of human resource and office management procedures, principles and practices.

In the field of Human Resource and Administration, I carry more than eight years of experience in Human Resources with Banks, Hospital, USAID firms and INGO. My experience includes Human Resource Management, Human Resource Administration, Office Administration, Trainings and Career counseling. I have practiced my Human Resource skills by managing more than 200 employees with directly supervising 65 employees overseeing diversified HR administration and management issues.

Moreover, I have been engaged in policy formulations and strategies in the field of Human Resources for various organizations and companies, and ensured that the staff adheres to those policies.
