· Networking knowledge including being familiar with the TCP/IP v4 and v6 protocol, DHCP, DNS as well as the ability to crimp CAT6 and install wall boxes.
· Deployment and maintenance of Microsoft windows server 2012 r2/2016 following roles: Active Directory Certificate Services, Active Directory Domain Services, Active Directory Federation Services, Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services, Active Directory Rights Management Services, Application Server, DHCP Server, DNS Server
· Assisting the network having more than 500 users, ensuring uptime and load balancing. Investigate user and network problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions.
· Manages network operations to include: troubleshooting connectivity problems; installing & maintaining routers and switches; assigning rights and access; resetting passwords performing backups and restores; etc. Performs routine preventive maintenance on hardware and software.
· Service and test equipment for Video Conferencing facilities and Multimedia Support Services.
· Operate various Video Conference Network equipment, also operate the relevant room equipment during the conferences.
