I am a development professional with more than twelve years of working experience in multidisciplinary themes aptly Child Protection and Child Rights Governance, GBV, MHPSS, health nutrition, Advocacy lobbying and training on Child Protection, Child Rights Governance, Child Marriages, domestic child labour, street children, case management, gender based violence, Social Mobilization, graduation Programmes, Monitoring, Evaluation and Research (MER), Social Behavior Change Communication (SBCC), stakeholders liaison, external communication, donor reporting, capacity building, training, program development and gender integration in program interventions. Worth-mentioning Achievements are
1. Sound understanding of UN conventions its optional protocols on child, gender, human and minority rights along with constitutional provisions, fundamental rights, general and special laws and regularity bodies and commissions for the protection and promotion of the rights of the child in Pakistan. Working on UNWOMEN funded project in which 30 women protection centres are established where 6000 women are trained on GBV, 7000 women facilitated in getting their civic documents.
2. Research, evaluation assessments, trainings, stakeholders management, reporting and case referral managements of child protection and gender based violence are my primary skills set.
3. Currently, providing technical backstopping to 60 staff members on child protection and health and nutrition components in integrated project of 05 districts of Sindh funded by UNICEF.
4. Trained 60 staff members, 150 CRPs and 150 adolescent Champions on CP in emergencies, case management, MHPSS, GBV and PSEA.
5. At least 20 trainings conducted on child protection, abuse, child marriages, HTP, child domestic labour and child marriages with project staff, civil society members, media personnel and police.
6. Run the mobile child protection unit in Karachi with the support of Save the Children in which 500 street children are mainstreamed to formal education, birth registration and psychosocial support.
7. Worked with strong coordination with The Sindh Child Protection Authority, Sindh Human Rights Commission, lady health worker programme, and nutrition cell, National Commission on Rights of Child, social welfare and women development department.
8. In lead role in Establishing CPU in 05 districts of Sindh with establishing child rights desks at line departments.
9. 05 Impact assessment studies conducted of long-term on-going programmes of SRSO aptly National Poverty Graduation Programme NPGP, Livelihood Enhancement Plan LEP and People Poverty Reduction Programme PPRP.

•• Project lead of the project titled as Improving access of women to essential services. It is implemented in three districts; 30 union councils on GBV, MHPSS, Civic documentations registration and alliance formation for violence against women on the basis of gender funded by UN-Women and people of Japan. • Looking after 30 women communities center • Managing another grant in three districts titled as Improving nutrition in flood affected districts of Sindh funded by Nutrition International . 6000 women organized and trained on GBV concepts, discrmination, pro-women laws, child marriages, MHPSS and Menstrual hygine managemnt . 7000 women faciliated in getting their civic documents through NADRA mobile van. 02 sanitary pad making units established where 16 women are trained in making low lost reusable sanitary pad. 02 soap making units estblished where 30 women are trained and engeged in soap making for economic resileince.
