Purchase / Procurement:
• Develop and recommend operating policies and procedures for purchasing and Inventory.
• Pro-actively managed the Purchasing functions to ensure best prices, specifications, and delivery among potential suppliers.
• Minimized working capital requirements by efficiently managing stock levels.
• Manage & responsible for timely placement of order, delivery, stocking, and distribution.
• Conduct & reconciliation of quarterly stock count.
Vendor Management
• Responsible for the new vendor’s development.
• Responsible for coordination with active vendors.
• Evaluate vendor performance & influence sourcing decisions.
• Responsible for controlling cost.
• Pro-actively manage and resolve all vendor related issues.
• Implement new policies and procedures with vendors as per requirement.
Contract Management
• Manage & execute contracts, sub-contracts & non-disclosure agreements awards, renewals and terminations.
• Negotiate & manage all contracts and agreements for assigned material.
• Manage & monitor implementation of work & its compliance with key suppliers for products and services.
• Analyzing contracts for effectiveness, identifying areas of weakness and implementing improvements to increase margins.
Others
• Maintaining & updating all record of Invoicing and payment follow ups.
• Collaborate with ISO,TUV teams and perform audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with all the applicable policies, procedure & controls of ISO.
• Prepare Management Reports such as monthly purchases, Open PO’s.
• Full use of ERP to improve productivity, efficiency & control.
• Managing 03 Staff houses in south region (Sindh).
• Resource arrangement for staff house.
• Vehicle Arrangement for inspection teams SITE visits and equipment movement.
• Petty Cash.
Special Assignments
• Arrangement for PPL project at Kandhkot and successfully handle Audit by Moody.
• Arrangement for UEPL project at Tando A
