• To maintain records of all received inventory in (WMS) Warehouse Management System.
• To maintain records of all shipments in (WMS) Warehouse Management System.
• To maintain inventory at warehouse in locations by following certain SOP’s.
• Monthly invoicing of different customers.
• Record keeping of all documentation.
• Handling customer’s complaints.
• Coordination with customer on phone, on emails or by visiting their premises.
• To maintain Receiving/Shipments targets on daily basis.
• To maintain cold storage inventory.

• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies
• Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc.)

• Take orders from warehouse managers on a daily basis and review them thoroughly
• Load and unload goods from delivery Containers
• Ensure that correct quantity has been received by comparing received goods with information on the work order or Inbound Tally Sheet
• Identify any damaged or missing goods and record pertinent information
• Move received goods to appropriate storage areas using MHEs.
• Make sure that all goods are labeled properly using appropriate lot and item numbers
• Allocate storage space for items based on their types and sizes
• Record movement goods using bar code scanners
• Ensure quality control of goods coming in and going out of the warehouse

During Internship period , I was attached with PCR - Technical Departmentwhere I assisted in various operations of Production Control Room and gained the knowledge of audio relating patching.

As an internee in PTV ,I get the opportunity to work with different experience persons . During internship I work in different departments in PTV .
Worked in CCU department , where the main task is to provide technical expertise during live transmission as well as during recording.
Also work in SATELLITE DEPARTMENT and get the knowledge of how satellite transmission is done.

As an internee in PAKISTAN STEEL , I was given the opportunity to get practical knowledge of industrial automation .
Spend alot time in ENGINEERING LAB and learn about different industrial equipments like SCR , RELAY etc etc .
