Verify and recommend Variation Orders (VO’s) According to Contract revisions (GCC & PCC).
Working on FIDIC Based Contract.
Attend and discuss meetings recording project progress and contractual issues with top managements of Employer.
Prepare Payment and Change register for all projects.
Check and Negotiate rate analysis for Civil and MEP items Responsible for all QS/Commercial related work and reporting to Deputy Country Manager and Commercial Manager.
Prepare Payment register and VO’s tracking Logs.
Verify and recommend IPC\'s according to Contract, BOQ, Specifications, Yardstick, Approved VO\'s, Advances, and SMM. (Civil & MEP)
Verify and recommend Variation orders (VO\'s) According to Contract provisions.
Working on FIDIC Based Contract.
Drafting contractual letters in the ambit of relevant FIDIC clauses
Rate analysis for Civil and MEP items.
CPI List Checking and Verification
BBS Checking and verification
Check, Negotiate and verify Payment Yard Sticks for Civil and MEP Items
Checking and verification Material on-site (MIR) Request
