Payroll: • Coordinating in Pay Roll Compensation with finance department. • Responsible to gather and execute deductions, COD deductions and Overtime from all stations, for monthly payroll. • Follow up with departments for overtime sheets, calculate overtime sheets. • Responsible to perform clearance of the leaving employee and provide same information to the accounts department. • Maintain MIS report of payroll. HR Operations: • Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management. • Assisting in framing, analysing and revising the existing HR policies. • Maintain and update employee records in human resource information systems and MS-excel. • Facilitate in conducting job analysis, and in developing and maintaining organization charts, job descriptions, job specifications etc. • Generate accurate reports (staffing, recruitment, increment etc) and scorecard. • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations Facilitates in the development and maintenance of HR manuals, processes, forms, guidelines etc. • Maintaining employee life Insurance record. • Maintain the organogram of the organization in MS-visio. Recruitment and Selection: • Responsible for handling complete life cycle of recruitment using different channels. • To screen, shortlist and evaluate candidates initially on their skills, attitude and interest towards our organization. • Facilitate in organizing and conducting interviews, tests and other assessments. • Conduct follow-ups on selection with relevant departments to ensure efficient execution of the selection process. • Managing the induction and orientation process of newly joined employees.
