Personal Statement
I hold DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) degree in (Livestock Management), I am associated with the development / NGO sector for the last 12 years.
I am dedicated, experienced Veterinarian and Social Scientist working in the field of the development, social research sector with expertise of large and Small ruminant animals to properly diagnose, treat, and support their health.
I got managerial trainings and courses from different national and international organizations and also provided consultancy services to multiple national and international organizations in different sections of livelihood management, social mobilization, community development, institutional development, monitoring, reporting, implementation, surveys practical field work experience and information regarding projects.
I have the ability to work on multiple assignments and rich experience of coordinating research studies across Pakistan. I designed and conducted several research studies i.e market survey livestock, KAP surveys, carryout social assessments, intensive and extensive research trial such as, Creep feeding and longitudinal surveillance trials. I have a strong relation with departments especially, with livestock and public health departments.
Achievements
Currently manage the team of 50 staff of FAO and Livestock department and targeting the vulnerable communities for vaccination program in district Shaheed Benazirabad.
Trained 40 Staff members to use the KOBO tool for households data collection from vulnerable communities
Successfully distributed agriculture assets (Sickle, Hoe, Gumboots and Paddle) to 18000 Beneficiaries in district Sohbatpur
Managed successfully more than 100 staff in vaccination program and injected more than 6 Lacs doses of PPR, 150000 Doses of FMD and 150000 Doses of LSD and 240000 doses of antimhelminths in large and small ruminants at 5 districts of Sindh.
Distributed 36000 Bags of animals compound feed between 12000 Beneficiaries in FAO assignment.
Developed website pages and upload all the extension material developed by small ruminant project
Delivered trainings of livestock management and trained 1500 farmers of Sindh and Punjab
Formed then 45 Milk Producers Groups (MPGs) through mobilization in Sindh
Delivered training on the Malnutrition, food security and Wash projects to 900 peoples in Sindh
Trained 1000 Male and Female through giving sessions on the career development and active citizenship
Delivered training of Body Condition Score (BCS) trained 500 male female to analyze BCS in goat and sheep
Trained 1300 farmers on the technique of Creep Feeding.
Develop 2 modules of principles for small ruminant rearing and 20 factsheets on different disease and management topics in English, Urdu and Sindhi languages.
100 farmers get training on the handling the tick infestation of small ruminants.
Coordination and collaboration with district livestock department
Develop 29 FFS groups in mentioned districts.
PR, PO requested for vaccines, vehicles, and other office equipment’s to maintain the field work.
Monitor and track all the field activities through frequent visits.
Administrative work completed with given duration as per policies.

Develop technical manual and organized livestock management trainings for farmers.
Organised and manage Vaccination program of FMD, PPR and LSD in five districts of Sindh
Strong coordination with district management of each district and also with deputy director livestock for providing assistance to the team and provide support of vaccinators for field staff
Manage all the team and develop plans and route wise planning and monitor the progress of staff on routine basis.
Coordinate regularly with team and rectify the hurdles of team before, during and after fields
Inspection of vaccine cold chain and also injecting procedure also monitored
Arranged the visits with donors to track out the activities as per requirement of visitors.
Reporting and analysis of data on every week and share it with the management as a progress.
Training delivered on creep feeding, Body condition scoring and other bacterial and viral diseases to +200 students of SAU, +20 organizations, + 1000 farmers of different communities of Sindh and Punjab provinces.
Design and implement 4 scientific experiments of Creep feeding trials (Tando Allahyar, Tharparkar, Badin and Dadu districts), Longitudinal surveillance trial, regional feed surveys, Zoonotic disease KAP survey, weighing trial of animals in value chain, consumers assessment for purchasing animals etc.
Command on different online software, Online survey design on CommCare and data analysis on excel pivot sheets etc.

Delivering trainings to staff of livestock department and also other joint projects of ACIAR.

Beneficiaries were identified for organizational management, leadership, conflict management and ensure the participation according to agreed social mobilization strategy
Prepare record keeping, documentation and reporting of field activities at DPIU level and MPGs
Maintain the record in organized manner such as attendance sheets, ToP, survey, membership forms and members profile, daily report, village profile, community meeting proceeding, daily field visit reports, photographs, social mapping, seasonal, disease calendar and members valid CNIC photocopies
