 Observe and assist GTs in 1) Pre/post school visits, 2) Lesson Plan observations and 3) providing support to struggling students
 Document their work on a daily basis by using a checklist that will be provided by SRP.
 Provide school-based support to the teachers in understanding and using the scripted lesson plans at the classroom level and assess students’ improvements in reading and numeracy skills.
 To train teachers about SRP scripted lesson plans
