 Led and managed mainstream real estate project of 24 billion PKR / 240 million USD in terms of Finance stream.
 Drove the process of establishing SOPs to ensure efficient and effective operations. Implemented methods to streamline operations and reduced non value added expense. Reduced TAT (Turnaround time) from 3 operational days to OTIF (On time in full).
 Crafted project policies: Transfer Procedure, Payment relief along with terms & conditions between customer and DHA keeping in view the financial risks and sensitivity in line with National level DHA framework.
