Take full measures to ensure economy in expense and set standards of frugality to meet the dynamics of the micro finance business.
Be responsible for the functioning of the branch in all respects including operational and administrative functions.
Ensure timely opening of the branch and resumption of service by 9.00: am as laid down in the branch time schedule and close at the specified timings.
Ogranize work and branch flow in a manner that every resource is productively deployed and gives his best to achieve the requisite standards.
Organize the collection and recovery process with a view to retain the delinquencies and losses within the specified limits of the assigned goals.
