ERP, Windows 2008 & Pinnacle Servers
Managing & Monitoring Windows, ERP, Pfsense Firewall and Pinnacle Servers.
Overall responsible for assuring efficient and effective use of the ERP system.
Complete Deployment & Implementation of ERP in 24 Branches
Responsible for handling end to end implementation of Sales, Inventory, CRM,
HR finance and Purchasing.
Identification and Rectification of ERP-related hardware, software and system
problems
Synchronize Pinnacle data in main Server from 23 Branches through Hamachi
software.
Managing all Hardware & Software related matters in head office and liaison with
branches.
Responsible for the overall systems administration of ABG.
CCTV Cameras
Managing CCTV Cameras. Management of IP Cameras and Surveillance System.
Installation and configuration of DVRs. Configuration for local and remote view.
Monitoring 24 Branches from Head Office through Static IP & DYNDNS.
Technical Support
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, Networks,
printers, scanners, outlook configuration etc.
Managing Routers, Switches, Bio Metrics, Access Control System, DVR\'s and
UPS.
Day-to-day updates for servers. Setting up backup and disaster recovery plans.
Providing Complete Support to Branches through Team viewer.
Managing Company websites and local telephone exchange.
ERP & Pinnacle Trainer
Providing Complete ERP Training to new Employees.
Orientation and training of new staff.
Recording of ERP Video Tutorials for Training.
Providing Training to old Staff regarding new ERP updates.

Job Purpose and Scope
• Develop strategies and execute them for operations related to Network, DDT & BI at outlets for happy hive.
• Develop and implement policies and SOP\'s related to Network, DDT & BI for happy hive.
• Evaluate implemented strategies to improve and evolve network operational processes.
• To coordinate with network providers and manage procurement of required hardware (new routers and network equipment), new devices and other services. As also stock Management.
• To conduct R&D to analyse network needs and for the improvement of network connections and managing team of network executives & interns.
• To design, deploy and maintain network hardware and software, in house, at outlets and during campaigns and events.
Maintenance of Network Hardware & Software

• Manage installation of network servers, peripherals, nodes, terminals and wiring at outlets and other locations.
• Monitor network performance, install and integrate network updates and maintain network backup.
• Monitor deployed network on outlets 24x7 and take user and staff feedback
• Troubleshooting: Remote and on location, system check in order to optimize performance and to initiate recovery action after system failures.

Design & Deployment of network architecture
• Site surveys of new outlets and locations for installation and deployment of network
• Ensure that computing resources are sufficient to deliver the desired level of business performance.
• Manage WIFI service at the event locations, i.e., prepare checklist for the event, deployment of network, testing of network.

R&D for recommendations
• Analyse network needs and requirements to improve services.
• Evaluate network hardware and software requirements and capabilities and makes recommendations.
• Make recommendations to modify and improve network architecture.
Coordination with network service providers
• Coordinate with the Network providers
