Provided database list research, database cleansing, telemarketing and direct marketing administrative support services for companies involved in the exhibitions, conferences, media space & direct marketing across all continents.

Contacted private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for services. Provided computer tech support to the clients in the United States and Canada.

Worked with Green Biz Communications as a TSR (Tele Sales Representative) for almost two years for Dish Network US campaign. Contacted businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for goods or services. Also supervised fellow agents and processed all the sales.
