Managing efficiently reprocessing units with grinding & shredding of scrap, pelletizing & agglomeration in plant for HDPE, MDPE, LDPE and LLDPE bags as well as meeting of monthly production targets.
Controlling production of fabricated or segmented fittings i.e 11.25 o, 22.5o, 30o, 45o, 60o, 90o elbows, equal tee, cross tee, Y-branch and other customer required from 90 mm to 630 mm.
Managing efficiently the mixing department w.r.t formulations decided by MD.
Preparing plans on enterprise resource planning (ERP) based software & coordinating with shift supervisors.
Scheduling manpower for production and reprocessing with ensuring maximum utilization.
Supervising shift supervisors, operators & maintenance technicians directly.
Preparing and managing all documentation for the production.
