(1) Developing Technical recruitment strategies that meet company expected staffing needs for different Clients and payroll management.
(2) Utilize sourcing techniques to attract the highest quality of candidates and build a consistent candidate pool.
(3) Responsible of sourcing, screening and creating a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
(4) Search for candidates using various sources such as database, internet recruiting resources, networking, media advertisements, and referrals.
(5) Target and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to potential passive candidates.
(6) Actively Manage recruitment HR database including active & passive candidates pool
(7) Conducting preliminary interviews and short-list appropriate persons for further delegation interviews.
(8) Follow established staffing processes consistently.
(9) Providing support services to Managing Director in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office.
(10)Assist the Managing Director in all secretariats, operational works.
(11)Responsible of all communication with different foreign clients. Respond to public inquiries.
(12)Assist to MD in arranging the delegation arrival, hotel booking and interview venue arrangements, ticketing and look after all visa processing matters till worker deployment, ticketing and protectorate of immigration.
(13)Creating & Supervising all hard copies and soft copies of different documents and reports and ensure that all documents are kept in appropriate file and database respectively.
(14)Responsible of creating all status report for Managing Director regarding all operational work.
(15)Responsible of all communication/correspondence with GCC companies in Saudia and UAE etc regarding employee selection, visa papers requirements, processing status etc.
(16)Responsible of all operational works until the selected workers travelled as per given deadline of clients.
