To assist the Field Engineer for troubleshooting of Sites, fault management, TCH Availability, Alarm management.


In OMCR my job responsibilities was to open, escalate and close trouble tickets. And make open TT report on real time.


Coordinate with DT engineers to verify Call Quality Test (CQT), add/remove different neighbor cells of different sites as demanded by DT engineers.


Daily analyze Traffic channels and find out the reasons of TCH less than 96%.


Provide first line maintenance regarding environmental and Node alarms. Resolve the alarms after analysis & close trouble tickets which are issued


Provide support to the field operation engineers for the solution of following hardware alarms


Checked Abis loop break alarms with the coordination of field engineers. Verify related parameters and synchronize them to disappear alarms.


Involved during Software Up gradation of the required base station.


Take calls from field engineer and answer their queries about BTS sites.


Make fluctuation every day and down sites report after every two hours and take feedback from the regions.


Analyze TT identify bugs in TT system and report them calculate estimated KPI
