Here I was assigned by Management of Kings Tuition Centre to do carrier Counselling of Students I had experience of counselling with teachers in academy where most of the new teachers were appointed in evening shift. It was 30 days of program to conduct their Psychological sessions and trained them, most of the teachers get frustrated and had shown their reckless behavior towards students... It was immense experience for me to guide and train them. I tried my best to make them calm and serene.. As they can perform their duties set aside their personal issues which cause severe problems among students.

It was 10 days Training Program in which i have trained them how to become calm in stressful situations & how to response to children in stressful situations.
