Interacting with customers at the branch reception / inquiring the purpose of visit route the customers to the relevant desk accordingly to provide efficient service
Floor management including proper queue administration, cleanliness & o ever all ambience of the branch to ensure an excellent environment of the branch
Resolving / replying to the queries of customers, maintain the customers complaint log book, continuous follow-up & redirecting to the customer to the concerned department for resolution of queries.
Adherence to service protocols, service management program & service indicators monitoring to archive organization's prime objective regarding ultimate customer satisfaction.
Posting of all vouchers related to different charges and cheque book queries.
Responsible for processing of loans including gold loans as per credit policies after completion of requisite details.

To update and maintain information on foxpro software.
Command on Excel, word, PowerPoint & also worked on foxpro software.

Creating awareness about bank policies & it's facilities.

Ensure compliance of used materials with the projects specifications.
Participate in construction quality control.
Supervise, participate and direct sampling and testing of all materials according to the contract and the specifications.
Analyze the test results in a timely manner and recommend action to the Senior Resident Engineer /Senior Materials Engineer.
Maintain records of test results and all taken corrective actions.
Follow up and verify implementation of corrective actions.
- Ensure inspection and checking of all delivered materials to site for conformance to the project requirements and approval, as directed by the Senior Materials Engineer/Resident Engineer/Senior Resident Engineer.
