Also I have worked as Assistant Manager- Programs in Organization for Social Development Initiatives (OSDI), an (THINK TANK) NGO affiliated with Marine Group of Companies based in Karachi (Pakistan) working under Corporate Social Responsibility.

OSDI works in different districts of Sindh, Baluchistan and Mardan (KPK) for sustainable growth in Agriculture, Health, Nutrition, Education, Food Security, Wash and Small Enterprises for Educated Youth and reconstruction of school buildings and other infrastructure of its focused areas. I also performed as Project Manager in additional assignment with International Organization for Migration (IOM) Shelter Project in Sindh.

My experience also includes being a Field Officer in UNHCR-Afghan Refugees Repatriation cell ARRC (Ministry of Saffron Govt of Pakistan) in Karachi from 2003 to 2006.
I worked with National Commission for Human Development NCHD (Govt of Pak) as District Manager (Health) in 2007 to 2008.

 Proactively identify grant opportunities by closely working with potential IPs and share the ideas with Program Coordinator and Program Development Officer on regular basis.
 Establish critical relationships with local CSOs and engage relevant government departments, elected representatives and local notables as per program requirements.
