Previously I have worked as Field Coordinator in Zindagi Mehfooz Program (ZMP) of Interactive researching development (IRD-Pakistan) IRD is working on Digital registry of Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI) of Govt Sindh through Android Mobile Phones .IRD is associated with Indus Hospital Network & Global Health Directorate (GHD)
Also I have worked as Assistant Manager- Programs in Organization for Social Development Initiatives (OSDI), an (THINK TANK) NGO affiliated with Marine Group of Companies based in Karachi (Pakistan) working under Corporate Social Responsibility.
OSDI works in different districts of Sindh, Baluchistan and Mardan (KPK) for sustainable growth in Agriculture, Health, Nutrition, Education, Food Security, Wash and Small Enterprises for Educated Youth and reconstruction of school buildings and other infrastructure of its focused areas. I also performed as Project Manager in additional assignment with International Organization for Migration (IOM) Shelter Project in Sindh.
My experience also includes being a Field Officer in UNHCR-Afghan Refugees Repatriation cell ARRC (Ministry of Saffron Govt of Pakistan) in Karachi from 2003 to 2006.
I worked with National Commission for Human Development NCHD (Govt of Pak) as District Manager (Health) in 2007 to 2008.
Proactively identify grant opportunities by closely working with potential IPs and share the ideas with Program Coordinator and Program Development Officer on regular basis.
Establish critical relationships with local CSOs and engage relevant government departments, elected representatives and local notables as per program requirements.
Initiate preliminary discussion with potential IPs on budgets and activity timelines in consultation with the Karachi office.
Keep an up to date data of grantee program activities, implementation plans and approved budgets; participating in grantee events, trainings, and meetings for quality assurance. Submit weekly report on such engagements to the reporting officer.
Advise the reporting officer on local political, legal, security and economic situations on weekly basis and on how to continuously adapt the program to ensure effectiveness.
Assist the program team in developing concept notes and various grants related documents.
Plan and execute monitoring visits to the on-going grants. For the monitoring function, the Field Adviser will work with the M&E Coordinator and the relevant M&E Officer.
Provide supervision and guidance to the teams implementing in-kind grants.

⦁ To coordinate, support, supervise and Monitor field workers/supervisors in solving field issues.
⦁ To assess the training needs of the vaccination staff (Vaccinators and LHWs) and Field Supervisors as well as help them in provision of training on vaccination mobile application and provide support/facilitation, as and when required.
⦁ To conduct community awareness sessions.
⦁ To validate data received from field workers/vaccinators.
⦁ To participate in referral chain process for Zindagi Mehfooz Immunization for increasing the number of clients to get vaccinated on time.
⦁ To actively participate in any District Government meetings regarding the Immunization/Polio and liaison with District Health Administration.
⦁ To prepare daily field reports and share with Manager for monitoring purposes.
⦁ To notify the manager and take corrective actions whenever any irregularities are suspected or detected.
⦁ To maintain regular stock of all projects related equipment provided by IRD.
