Visit assigned branches on regular basis for effective implementation of branch service health checks.
Follow up with branches on branch health checks.
Facilitate branches for resolving the issues highlighted by branches during branch visit.
Maintain MIS of visits conducted, action plan for branches, state issues observed and timely resolution.
Forward Branch Service Health Check reports to our Head of Service Quality to Roll out to relevant branches and regional office.
Coordinate with the respective branches for resolution of gaps indented during monitoring.
Maintain and timely submit Branch Services health check and services standards reports to line manager.
Provide on-site training to the bank employees on customer services and soft skills.
Share ideas with the line management and take initiative to improve service level at branches.
• To keep liaison between head of department and other Administration Department staff.
• Supervise Time Office / maintain / prepare staff strength report.
• Assist HR department regarding hiring of employees and implementation policy.
• Interview Job Applicants, review application/resume, evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant’s qualifications.
• Supervise Mill transport section in maintaining vehicle repair maintenance record.
• Recruiting, training and developing staff.
• Organizing salaries payments.
• Pensions and benefits administration.
• Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees.
• Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff/representatives.
• Responsible for discipline, behavior & routine working.
• To maintain all the legal matters.
• To deal with the correspondence with Govt. department outside organization meticulously and proper system is adopted to locate the file paperwork easily and efficiently.
• To ensure proper maintenance of personnel file and other essential record.
• To implement the policies of the higher management with regards to Security, Personnel, Discipline, Safety and maintenance general admin matters.
• To assign appropriate duties to officers and staff and ensure that they carry out those duties faith fully and efficiently.
• To ensure that all personal file of employee are maintain properly and ensure safety precaution that no files is taken out with-out the permission of Seniors.
• To ensure report and return are handled and rendered in time to all concerned.
• To ensure that all files records are kept neatly, tidy and clean work and are maintained properly in accordance with set procedure about the working of good office setup.
• To ensure that EOBI contribution, SEESI and Education Cess payment is made in time regularly.
• Perform other related duties as required.
