I am a Production Officer at Universal Coating Films Pvt Ltd, a leading manufacturer of high-quality adhesive tapes for various industries. I joined the company in June 2023, after graduating from Mehran University of Engineering and Technology with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.

In my role, I am responsible for planning and optimizing the production processes, ensuring quality and efficiency, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. I apply my skills and knowledge in resource planning, root cause analysis, line balancing, lean manufacturing, and Kaizen to enhance the performance and profitability of the production department. I also collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with safety and environmental standards.

I have completed multiple certifications in AUTOCAD, Lean Six Sigma, and TPM, and I have gained valuable hands-on experience in various internships in the aerospace, textile, and dyeing industries.
