Key Responsibilities
• Manage the project as per the contractual agreements, timeline, specification, considering efficiency in quality, timeline and cost saving.
• Reviewing, Preparing and suggesting as necessarily, all kind of coordination drawings of Structural, Architectural, Elevation perspectives, Pumbing, Electrical, Finishes, HVAC, Joinery, fittings, for ensuring the continuty of the work in perfect way for all services and without interruption, also getting approved these working drawings from concern parties.
• Plan, Monitor, and control the project as per the deadlines.
• Planning the ahead activity with consideration of available and required resources and raising requisition for the requirements if there.
• Expert in drafting of all kind of details drawings/Shop drawings.
• Inspecting the Civil works such as Pilings works, Caps/footing, Underground Tanks, All kind of beams, Columns, Slab and Steel structures as well, plumbing works, HVAC works, pools, Landscaping and electrical.
• Inspection of construction work to assure that it is done in full accordance with the drawings (both Architectural & Structural drawings and specs),

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Labour management and distribution according to their specialty
• Labour payments / subcontractor’s payment.
• Ensuring on ground quality and quantity of work.
• Regular meeting with the contractors about work progress.
• Daily bases site inspections ensuring the quality of work and scale as well.
• Inspection of plumbing work including sanitary work/ water supply works and Gas pipe lines work with Rotherberger or compressor.
• Inspection Masonry work, Plaster work, Ceramic, Paint work. Reinforcement work.
• Supervision of RCC Pouring and maintaining the all required Test procedure and results.

Responsible for preparation of architectural, MEP, Structural details drawings on Auto CAD. Detail estimation of all kind of civil works. Stage to stage quality assurance, done work inspection and reporting. Maintaining the correspondence. Subcontractors evaluation. Project Plans in MS Project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drafting: Preparation of Architectural plans with and without basement, commercial apartments blocks with basement parking planning. Preparation of their Perspective 3D Views of these Building in 3Ds Max and then rendering with applying materials.
• Preparation of Plumbing drawings (Water supply drawings, Sanitary / sewerage drawings), Preparation of Structural Drawings for RCC Slabs, RCC Slab Beams, and RCC Retaining walls for basement, RCC Lintels Detail detailed drawing with bars bending schedule
• Estimation: Detailed estimation of each work stages like, sub-structures, super structure, Finishes, along with their BOQs
• Checking sub-contractors bill as per the estimated quantity also get certified from site engineer that bill quantity is as per site requirement/received.
• Ensuring material quality as per agreement/specification, are agreed by client and company.
• Preparing Rough cost estimate of subjected building if needed or requested by client for any additional work or new work.
• Preparation project plan considering material availability, Manpower and other resources.
