Management information System Assistant at Sindh Rural Support Organization is a non-Governmental sector which is focused on development of rural area\'s by carrying the different projects by Sindh Government. Presently I have been Assistant to Management Information System to manage, analyze and data managing of projects (SPHF, PPRP, and SFERP).

Customer Service: Interact with customers via phone, email, or in-person to address their inquiries, concerns, and requests. Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, pricing, and promotions. Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and resolving billing or payment issues.


Issue Resolution: Listen actively to customers, empathize with their concerns, and analyze their needs to provide appropriate solutions. Troubleshoot problems, escalate complex issues when necessary, and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor throughout the interaction.


Relationship Building: Establish positive and long-lasting relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, patience, and understanding. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customers\' needs and preferences. Provide personalized recommendations and maintain a proactive approach to customer engagement.


Order Processing and Documentation: Accurately process customer orders, ensuring correct product selection, pricing, and shipping details. Maintain thorough and organized documentation of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions. Update customer profiles and databases with relevant information and preferences.


Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the organization\'s product offerings, features, and benefits. Continuously expand your knowledge base to provide accurate and relevant information to customers. Collaborate with the sales or product team to address any knowledge gaps or updates.


Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and logistics, to address customer needs and resolve issues. Share customer feedback and insights with relevant stakeholders to contribute to product and service improvements. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.


Quality Assurance: Adhere to established service standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer experiences. Strive for first-call resolution, minimize customer escalations, and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings. Identify trends or recurring issues and provide suggestions for process improvements.

This was an Training and education about the Social Media Marketing given by the Mehran University of Engineering and Technology in association with NAVTCC, they were giving trainings to us as we learn a skill to compete in market therefore they also refund us to stay reliable with to work continue because some of candidates from the different placess which were far from institute.
i have not did Job their but i got trainings about the Social Media Marketing and i have done BS in Public Administration and i have lots of experience of work management and activities regardig the Administration throughout utilizing my skills and knowledge i assure you i can add much more efficiency in your organization.
