I am working at HAC Agri Limited (Pakistan\'s First Controlled Atmosphere Plant)
located in Lahore, Pakistan. The plant has 20 CA rooms with a capacity of 150 tons each
summing up to a total of 3,000 tons. There are also 3 high tech blast chillers for pre-cooling
(before putting the product in the CA rooms). The high tech & advanced CA equipment has
been procured from a legendary Italian firm which is the most reliable name in CA Storage.
The plant has customized washing, grading, waxing and innovative packaging for National
and International customers. As Assistant Manager E&I, my roles and responsibilities are:
Planning and management of installation, commissioning & testing of electrical system
(power generation, power distribution, control system & instrumentation) of plant.
To implement preventive and corrective maintenance planning & scheduling for the
smooth operation of plant.
Improvement, modification and expansion activities (Planning and execution).
To carry out spare parts & inventory management to control cost and meet budget
requirement.
To implement and develop the SOPs for the energy & load management & calculation
of energy cost.
FCE (Fruit Control Equipment):
Installation, commissioning, operation & maintenance of nitrogen generators, vivaldi,
CO2 scrubbers, temperature & humidity sensors, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, catalytic
converters, GAC 5000 analyzers, pneumatic valves & air compressors.
Calibration and testing of thermocouples, PT100 and transmitters.
Zanotti (Refrigeration Plant):
Installation, commissioning, operation & maintenance of ammonia compressor motors
132kW, primary & secondary motors, VFDs, CA room cooling fans, condenser, MOVs,
defrosting system, glycol charging system, power & control wiring circuits.
Mafroda (Fruit Sorting, Grading, Washing & Packaging):
Installation, commissioning & maintenance of Mafroda fruit sorting lines, grading lines,
bin tippers, conveyors, drying tunnel, bin fillers.

I worked at Interloop Limited 15. 5 MW tri-fuel(HFO, Diesel, Gas) power plant project
located in Faisalabad, Pakistan. The plant consists of 2 Wartsila engines(W16V34DF, 7.7MW)
and 2 waste heat recovery boilers. As Engineer Electrical(Team Lead), my roles and
responsibilities are:
Study and analyze the routine activities and faults in order to improve performance of
plant.
Troubleshooting of engines and all the plant machinery concerning to electrical
department.
Preventive and corrective maintenance of all Gensets.
Improvement, modification and expansion activities(Planning and execution).
Modification of drawings as per requirements.
Testing and calibration of protection relays Vamp(210, 265, 260) Micom(P122, P442).
Planning and inventory management of spare parts.
To ensure workplace safety and implementation of EHS practices. Erection and
commissioning of generators and related works. Calculation of energy cost and
monitoring of cost of KWH produced.

worked at Emporium Mall 30 MW dual-fuel power plant project located in Lahore,
Pakistan. The plant consists of 2 Wartsila engines (W9L34DF, 3.8MW) and 3 Caterpillar
engines (C175-20/D3512B, 2.4/1.2 MW). My roles and responsibilities include:
Installation, Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Wartsila
(2xW9L34DF) dual fuel engines and Caterpillar (2x3512-B & 1xC175-20) diesel engines.
Operation and maintenance of MCS (Master Control System) of Emporium Mall.
To attend the meeting with contractors for plant development, technical reports,
breakdown analysis and final punch lists.
Assisted to Manager Electrical for work planning, material spare parts ordering,
maintenance job procedures and scheduling.
Planned and supervised the all routine and major maintenances of DG’s.
Responsible for organizing corrective and preventive maintenance schedules as per
procedures and manage maintenance record accordingly.
Identify abnormal parameters, predict potential faults and report/propose the remedial

Pakistan. The plant consists of 5 Wartsila engines (W18V32S, 6MW) and 6 waste heat
recovery boilers. My roles and responsibilities include:
Installation and commissioning of Wartsila UNIC C3 automation system.
Spare parts inventory management.
Project planning and scheduling in Primavera P6 and MS Projects.
To analyze and troubleshoot the faults in the electrical machines.
