·       Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Controlling of diverse HT/LT distribution projects
·       Technical review of Bill of Material, Budgeting, Costing, SLDs & prequalification docs
·       Preparing project schedules / plans, technical specifications towards the successful
execution of projects.
·       Monitoring projects with respect to Safety, Cost, Resource Deployment, Time over-runs
and Quality Compliance.
·       Planning and execution of projects with minimum resources and ensure its completion
within time line.

·       To perform Preventive Maintenance of Low Voltage Distribution Network including PMTs and Substations and its protection equipment including Breakers, HRC Fuses, and LT Panels.
·       To lead execution work of planned Aerial Bundled Cable schemes along with contractor and make sure all works are done in coordination with contractor and management.
·       To plan preventive maintenance tasks in coordination with H.T network and to plan HT annual preventive maintenance, LT preventive maintenance, ABC Schemes and SIPs.
·       To prepare System Improvement Projects (SIP) with networks under overload and shed load to another network.
·       To manage stores for on time availability of equipment’s and all safety tools.
·       To access load by scheduled Loading measurement of PMTs and prepare SIPs with respect to loading.
·       To work on ABC (Aerial Bundled Cable) project to reduce the complaint, technical loss, prevent theft & also to run system smoothly.
·       To arrange safety sessions, trainings, meetings with the staff and management regarding technical trainings and make sure all maintenance work should be performed as per SOPs.
·       Monitoring the Quality of Projects (HT-APM. LT-PM, ABC, Bus Bar & OMR)as Per SOP
·       Analysis the HT/LT Networks (Overloading of Systems, Segregation Schemes & outages)
·       Prepare the budgeting (Departmental)
·       Planning of new feeders (Underground cable or Overhead) according to the Load
·       Prepare/review CAPEX & REVEX Budget

·       Working as Area In-charge of Grid Station, EOT Cranes, CCM and Induction furnace, RO plant and motor winding shop.
·       Maintaining Records of Daily & Monthly Power Consumption Reports.
·       Routine Inspection of All Transformers, Switch Gears & Grid Station Yard.
·       Regular maintenance and inspection of all Motors of CCM & EOT Crane Areas also charging Panels & batteries.
·       Preparing Spare list of equipment + Maintaining Minimum Stock Level at Store.
·       Regular inspection and weekly maintenance of Generators 1.4 MVA + 260 KVA.
·       Assist electrical HOD in preparation of departmental budget.
·       Direct the development and implementation of a high-level maintenance plan to include the turnaround and replacement of major plant and equipment.
·       Ensure that the control system is operated and maintained cost – effectively and meets agreed service levels standards.
·       Manage the Plant Modification Requests (PMR) activities in coordination with the Production Department.
·       Weekly meetings with Procurement to discuss materials availability and critical delivery issues
·       Direct the implementation of preventative and predictive maintenance plans/programs to ensure that plant availability is maximized, and corrective maintenance activity is minimized.

·       Performed commissioning of VFD’S, designing of DOL, STAR-DELTA starter panels.
·       Carried out regular maintenance of all the electrical equipment such as (LV motors, MV Motors, Transformers).
·       Carried out regular maintenance and testing of grid and transmission line protections such as (Over current relays, earth fault relays, buchollz relays, distance relays, directional relays etc.).
·       Performed duties in the operation to carry out the necessary task during the process such as trouble shooting.

·       To carry out regular maintenance of all the motors of the area.
·       Worked in the pyro area of the cement industry where I learnt about the whole process of Cement formation and its purifications and also the electrical specifications and Requirements for the cement industry.
·       Also performed the total billing and the total kWh consumptions of all the motors as well as the complete and comprehensive report of total electricity consumption on monthly basis.
