Major Responsibilities

Engaging community members in various CP related activities ensuring that activities are implemented in an appropriate manner.
Ensure adherence to Code of Conduct and reporting procedures.
Contribute to design and implementation of outreach activities and provide timely inputs to project team.
Keep the community updated and involved about the project and its planned activities.
Consistently collect data on activities implemented and attendance, recording attendance of children and submit weekly report.
Screen for and monitor risks to children in communities and report it to the Child Protection Case Management officer/case workers for coordinated follow up.
Combine community groups and children to form child protection committees and children clubs in targeted communities.
Regularly conduct meetings with the parents / communities in assigned areas.
Support CP Manager in mapping of service providers to establish district-based referral mechanisms.
Run awareness raising campaigns in communities for them to understand child protection and child protection monitoring.
Flag child protection issues which need to be addressed through awareness raising activities and support the development of key messages and material.
Solving and reporting issues regarding children and facilitators.
Report logistic needs to Child Protection Officers for any activities on-ground.
Ensure that the CP cases are identified from communities and are reported to CP Manager for further cases management.
Develop and submit progress reports to CP Manager as and when required.
Perform any other project related tasks assigned by supervisor.

The IRC is seeking a multifaceted and self-motivated individual for the position of Social Organizer (SM).
The SMs will be working extensively in collaboration with Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), NADRA and Local Government and Rural Development (LGRD) at grass root level of Union Councils.
Social Mobilizers will be responsible to build an awareness on the benefits of NICs particularly for women.
Collaborating closely with respective District Voters Education Committee (DVECs), Social Mobilizers with vast communities in consultation with Union Councils to assess need of NICs for Women and facilitate NADRA Mobile Vans or take Women to NADRA centers for registration process.
Social Organizers will report to respective Zonal Managers.
Major ResponsibilitiesAcquire basic training in community mobilization, data collection, assessing potential Women eligible for acquiring NICs currently or within one year.Identify targeted women by mobilizing communities to obtain NICs with close coordination of local leaders and key informers and facilitate women in NIC registration.
Prepare list of women who are eligible or likely to be eligible over about one year attaining the age of NIC registration and coordinate with NADRA /arrange Mobile Van as and when needed.
Keep electronic record with online sharing facility. Share data with WEE authorized personnel to update and process data for NIC registration speedily.Coordinate with other field workers like LHVs, local teachers, Lady Councilors, and local representatives for the purpose of identifying women for NIC registration.
Coordinate with Secretary UC to get support for NIC registration under WEE project.Coordination and collaboration with community health care workers, government teachers and CSOs organizing awareness and community mobilization sessions for NICs registration.

Responsibilities
Establish coordination with communities, volunteers, partner organizations,
Health departments & other relevant stakeholders.
Collect necessary baseline information about the target communities and areas.
Formation of Community Organizations as per criteria in the targeted
communities.
Conduct & facilitate regular meetings with Community Organizations to address
the issues pertaining to WASH facilities.
Facilitate and involve Community Organizations & other relevant stakeholders
(especially Health Department) in raising awareness on promoting good hygiene
practices in the targeted communities.
Coordinate with partner NGO/stakeholders for the identification, mobilization,
and availability of community members for the approved/planned activities.
Mobilize the community members to highlight the problems, find possible
solutions, and liaison with line departments.
Mobilize potential community leaders to advocate and promote the project
objectives in their communities and ensure the active participation of community
members.
Provide relevant information on project progress as required by the project
manager.
Advocate encouraging the participation of local beneficiaries with strong
emphasis on women, ethnic & disadvantaged groups, and minorities.
Develop and maintain the necessary documentation and record of all project
activities.
Develop weekly work plans and report to the Project Manager daily.
Click pictures/videos of the project implementation process and develop the
initial donor feedback reports.
Responsible for delivering the Hand & Hygiene sessions to the communities to
raise the awareness on the importance of good hygiene.

Conduct refresher training for enumerators.
Communicate to all team members about field starting.
Assign field areas for data collection & locate clusters.
Logistic arrangements for field visits

Conduct morning meeting with team members & fill morning meeting checklist
on ODK.
Team formation and assign codes to all enumerators
Regular field visits for quality checks identify weakness and address.
Report hourly base\'s progress to Zonal Field Manager about Clusters.
After cluster completion Send reports to head office via email/WhatsApp and
ODK.
Close coordination with Zonal Field Manager and facilitate to all External
monitoring teams in field.
After Complete field collect devices, cards& forms etc from enumerators.
Attend closing day meeting at regional office and submit all documents,devices
etc.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

Introducing the project, its objective and approach among community in accordance with project strategy and requirements.
To identify potential leaders/elders who are helpful for organization to achieve goals and motivate and encourage their fellow community members about effectiveness of the project.
Facilitate the process of establishing Child Clubs in schools.
Assist in developing IEC material and facilitate to use them in community for awareness raising among concerned beneficiaries.
Prepare narrative, and other reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
Develop close coordination with other stakeholders, local organizations, local education departments.
Conduct daily field visits.
Assist Project Manager in achievement of the objectives through regular reporting of activities.
Proper documentation and record keeping of ongoing activities in the project focused area.
Regularly organize and participate in community meetings.
Ensures adherence to the organizations policies and other policies.
Available for travel within and outside city for official meetings, seminars, training workshops, donor meetings etc.

Any other duty assigned by the Project Manager or senior management from time to time.
