<div><p>Global Property Investment Company; owned and managed by Mr. Khalid Iqbal Bhatti(Chairman and group owner); Daniel Johns Group was launched in Islamabad at a grand ceremony held at Serena Hotel.</p> <p>Daniel Johns, is a real estate company, supported by the UK-based parent company. The company launched its operations 2 years ago in Pakistan and is working on the service based apartments in Pakistan. The parent company is originally functional in 6 to 7 countries around the world. Daniel Johns not only provides the real estate services around the globe, but it also provides other services including restaurants, construction and production. However, in Pakistan, Daniel Johns is limited to real estate services for now.</p> <p>The company is located in PSX tower, where it is located on the second floor. The office has a layout of a small sitting room, a discussion room, a room where the office work takes place, mainly HR and finance, and a room where the model of the project, “Ce la vi” is displayed using a miniature model. The layout suggests that the office occupies relatively less space and it appears a little congested. During the interview, Assistant Manager Finance, Mr. Muhammad Waqas said that they plan to work on a bigger office in Bahria Enclave.</p> <p>The real estate project Daniel Johns is working on is CE LA VI. A modern luxury service living, offering Single, Duplex, Triplex apartments, Penthouses and Commercial shops, in BahriaEnclave, Islamabad.</p></div>
