• Developing logic of the diagnostic system of a very high speed train (V300Zefiro) for its integration in the train control and management system(TCMS) -- product development.
• Logic of the train's diagnostic system was made using the functional requirement specifications of the train derived from DOORS, failure mode effects & criticality analysis (FMECA) of different components of different subsystem, their electrical and functional schematics.
• Updating and integrating delta requirements in TCMS. Tracking the issues in every software release to ensure the continuous development of train's software to meet the customer (Trenitalia) specifications.
• Creation and functional Validation of test procedures. The diagnostic system was validated by using a train simulator developed in labview, and different monitoring tools.
• Setting the priority level of a diagnostic outcome and writing the maintenance instructions for different subsystems of the train like drive and brake control, HVAC, passenger information system, train lighting, fire protection system etc.
• Performance and software logic support to Bombardier Sweden.
