·         Follow the Hospital Admission Process by Documenting History and Physical Examination

·         Management of patients with covid-19 pneumonia
·         Attending Medical OPD’s of Consultant
·         Responsible for daily review of the inpatients
·         Worked on calls and night shifts as well

·         Follow the Hospital Admission Process by Documenting History and Physical Examination
·         Monitoring daily progress of patient and presenting cases at the bedside during morning rounds
·         Taking vitals, blood sampling and sending investigations of admitted patients
·         Admitting and managing patients with acute myocardial infarction, Arrhythmias, cardiogenic shock, acute exacerbation of heart failure, heart blocks, pulmonary edema, hypertensive urgency & emergency under consultant supervision
·         Managing chronic patients with coronary artery disease, congestive cardiac failure and hypertension
·         Taking and interpretation of ECG
·         Counseling the patient’s regarding risk Vs benefits of thrombolysis, Cardioversion etc.

DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SURGERY (02 JAN 2022- 01 APRIL 2022)



·         Follow the Hospital Admission Process by Documenting History and Physical Examination
·         Taking vitals, sending investigations, blood sampling attending consultant OPD’s & ward rounds
·         Maintaining patient files/records and Making discharge summaries.
·         History taking and examination of the patients with Acute abdomen, acute cholecystitis, renal colic, anal fissure, hemorrhoids, symptomatic gall stones, direct and indirect hernia and acute appendicitis
·         Preparing and optimizing the patients for emergency and elective operations
·         In the OT, I observed major surgeries and assisted in minor surgeries. I learnt stitching and suturing along with surgical techniques.
·         Post-op ward round and Patient Care
·         In the OPD we saw patients with minor surgical ailments, follow up cases and patient referrals
·         Reporting progress reports and findings to the supervising consultant
·         Counseling the patients and attendants regarding wound care at home.

·         Admitting the Patients with orthopedic conditions like humerus fractures, Radius/ulna fractures, Femur fractures, Tibia/Fibula Fractures, Septic Arthritis and Osteomyelitis, trigger finger and carpel tunnel syndrome.
·         Preparing and optimizing the patients for emergency and elective operations
·         In the OT, I observed major surgeries and assisted in minor surgeries. I learnt stitching and suturing along with surgical techniques
·         Post-op ward round and Patient Care
·         In the OPD, we used to attend patients with minor orthopedic diseases such as infections and minor fractures, follow up cases and patient referrals.
