• Act as a liaison with the sales team to handle distribution matters.
• Primary and Secondary sales record and analysis.
• Coordinate with GM Sales to set and implement sales targets.
• Keep a record of distributors profile geographically and target wise etc.
• Monitor trade promotions, prepare competitor activities and counter action plans.
• Maintain database for prices of new packs, existing packs of competitors.
• Prepare daily, monthly and yearly region wise, unit wise primary and secondary sales analysis.
• Coordinate with GM Sales to prepare incentives of Distributors and Sales Team.
• Keep record of sales data both in hard and soft form.
• Distributor’s orders processing against daily receipts.
• Distributor’s receipts record and reconciliation.
• To remain updated on all current policies, procedures and promotions offered by the company.
• Auditing the claims of distributers & send to Claims section at Head office.
• To provide feedback to the management on important issues/problems cited by distributors.
• Sales analysis and evaluation of the Region.
• To keep record and tracking off all Trade spend of the Region.
• To record and maintain petty cash record at Regional office.
