1 - To ensure Secondary pack wise volume and NSR targets.
2- To ensure new outlets are created and retained as per area potential.
3 - To analyze SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness) KPI’s and suggest ways to improve it. To ensure all data in the sales information systems pertaining to the area is cleansed, validated and updated on a regular basis.
4 - To ensure Daily In-Outlet Execution is carried out by his team as per PicOS (Picture of Success) & RED (Right Execution Daily) criteria; ensure proper execution of all marketing initiatives in the area. To monitor and report competitor activity and suggest ways to counter them.
5 - Supervise/ensure the proper injection and optimal utilization of Company’s Assets in the market i.e Coolers, Glass, Shell, Signage, Outlet Activation material etc.
6 - Maintain customer collaboration and relationship with all the customers to ensure that they remain loyal. To ensure proper handling of all customer complaints in a timely manner as per company guidelines. Maintain an updated fact sheet on every customer. Also responsible for tracking & timely settlement of market accounts (Glass, Accounts Receivable,
7 - Discount, DME etc.) Responsible for Advance ordering, settle receivable, stock management
8 - Responsible for training and development Pre-Sellers and Delivery teams.
9 - Implementation of New System for Initiatives.
1. Ensuring Product availability, forecasting and achieving sales targets for the assigned routes for all brands and packs both in physical and unit cases.
2. Ensure the Commercial Leadership at outlets level through Effective Merchandising, Availability, Activation and optimal Coolers utilization.
3. Cultivating good/strong relationship with existing and potential customers to ensure the proper execution of corporate policies in the market place.
4. Managing the appropriate Training, Coaching and Monitoring of Pre-Sellers, SMOs, Merchandising and Deliverymen of assigned/respective area.
5. Monitoring of ISIS, KBI’s. Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales Targets vs. Achieving, Inventory, and Products related issues on regular basis.
6. Tracking & timely settlement of market accounts (discounts etc.) and claims etc.
7. Conducting retail audit and update outlet data regularly.
8. Support Senior Management in Establishment of comprehensive Customer Relationship Management Model
