• Designing of sales strategies for sugar mills.
• Identification of new dealers for the mills.
• Development of yearly, quarterly and monthly sales chart for the mills.
• Setting up of targets for the sales team.
• Engaging new brokers and dealers with the mill\'s sale team.
• Increasing sales volumes of existing dealers at better offers in comparison to the market.

• Head hunting / hiring of human resource.
• Training need assessment and designing of training modules.
• Presentation of day to day progress to DG NLC and HQ officials.
• Implementation of business plan.
• Business development for the project.
• Managing team and development of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports.
• Evaluation of team performance on weekly basis and presentation to Project Director on weekly basis.
