An educational professional with a specialization in leadership and management as well as diverse experience of working with early year, primary and middle schools in the private and public sector. I am an Australia Awards Alumnus holding a Master of Education degree from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Business Administration from the National University of Science and Technology, Pakistan. As a born leader, I am passionate about bringing macro-level changes to achieve the sustainable development goal of inclusive and equitable quality education. While working as a school head I have developed expertise in designing customized need-based training targeting the different teaching and management tiers, to improve pedagogical practices and optimize the learning environment of schools. Having vast experience of implementation of efficacious practices to streamline processes and develop comprehensive standard operating procedures based-on close monitoring and evaluation of the school effectiveness. I specialize in devising school improvement plans, in collaboration with the management, partner organizations, and community. My experience includes, but is not limited to evaluation of curriculum and devising reforms, initiation, and execution of successful literacy programs, learning resource material development, production and management. A team-worker with a proactive approach towards problem-solving and with a leadership approach of motivation to ensure collaboration to achieve organizational goals and meet deadlines.
