Items of Purchase through Tender/Pre-qualification of requirement, and purchase the general items for local market a procedure of Purchase Manual etc. etc.

I was Joined General Manager and I look after the about 40 Buses fleet to maintain the smooth and well maintain of these A/c Coaches, and I resolved /handling the all transportation & Official work i.e. Staff recruitment (Office Staff, Drivers, Conductors, Technical Staff, etc.etc), Booking of Ticketing, Special Booking of Buses on Contract basis, Banking Accounts, dealing of (Lubricants)Oil dealer, Tyres Tubes and other Parts purchasing & Payments etc. etc.
