Systems as Human Resource Manager and Supervising the administration and implementation
of all HR functions, such as: interviewing, recruitment, appraisals, training and professional
development, benefits, and associate relations activities.
·Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire on-boarding process, coordinating with teams to deliver an exceptional full-cycle recruitment process.
·Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations.
·Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements.
·Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.
·Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve employee experience.

letter, showcase letter etc.
•Conduct personality test during the interview & recommend the appropriate job role.
•Planning, developing & implementing a strategy for HR, including recruitment policies, quality procedures, discipline, grievance,
counseling, pay & conditions, contracts, training & development range of business tasks.
•Prepare Job Profile, Job Description, Job analysis of employee
•Prepare & maintain monthly payroll on ERP with all allowances & deductions.
