Recruitment and Selection
Special Projects includes, batch technical hiring for National IT board (NITB) Islamabad, Govt. of
Pakistan (both permanent and contractual positions).
Responsible for local (Multiple cities) and international recruitment of I.T, production,
management, and support staff.
Job posting on social media and multiple job portals including Rozee.pk, posting on company
website and Head Hunting via LinkedIn.
CVs sourcing & screening by using contacts and networking.
Conducting first round telephonic interviews and scheduling potential candidates for interviews.
Shortlisting candidates, negotiating compensations and making job offer.
Employee Records, Payroll & Training Coordination
Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, EOBI, health and medical
insurance.
Complete process of Pre-Employment Screening.
Assist HR Manager in processing payroll and monitoring attendance to ensure employee
punctuality.
Update Employee Information (updating new joiners, resigned employees, promotions,
terminations, salaries/increments on monthly basis).
Issuing the Offer/Experience/Warning/Internship letters/Appointment letters and Job
descriptions to new employees.
Assist Corporate Communication Director in publication of HR Magazine.
Assist Director in scheduling of corporate trainings and maintaining a strong follow- up with
Clients.
Policies and Procedures
Assist CEO in drafting policies and procedures of employee compensation, benefits and
workplace guidelines.
Responsible for maintaining proper compliance of company policies and procedures.
Any other task assigned by the management.
• Maintain office filling and storage system of fabrication.

Managing company’s Oracle Based ERP Accounting system (Human Recourse Module) and handling HR related entries and reports in the ERP
● Maintaining attendance record of employees and report it for the payroll process
● Print and dispatch employment and other letters for staff
● Opening bank accounts of new employees
● Maintenance of employee’s data and their personal files
● To assist HR manager with hiring process, scheduling Interviews and Telephonic Interview screening
● Maintaining leave Records of employees
● To present summary of daily cash and bank position to management & to assist in preparation of Statement of cash flows.
● To prepare Employee’s expense claims details for payroll process
● To assist in processing payments of international and domestic suppliers and finalization of bank payment vouchers
● To ensure accurate and appropriate booking of bank payment and bank receipts vouchers in Oracle base ERP system
