Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing Logistics plans in line with maximum delivery and minimum cost.
• Prioritize dedicated vehicles for execution.
• Prepare effective route plans to increase FTL movement for minimizing cost.
• Manage vehicles by coordinating with transporters for timely execution.
• Managing direct supply to the Distributors with the aim of cost saving.
Distributor complaints.
• Trace out complaint reasons of transporter end and register complaints received through emails for inspection.
• Handle and resolve Customer Complaints by coordinating with transporters and inform to distributors accordingly. Update freight cost report
• Collecting/compiling freight expense from transporters.
• Monitor monthly logistic report for onward analysis and centralized decision making on cost controls. Transporter billing
• Provide freight provision to Line Manager by end of each month.
• Checking of Transporter bills on the month end to avoid delays in payment.
• Share the hardcopy and softcopy of the Transporter bills with the Line Manager for due approval. Data Compiling:
• Prepare reports for extra freight paid, freight saving, Mazda Vehicle, Primary and Secondary Freight on monthly basis.
• Prepare reports for Direct containers data, attendance of dedicated vehicles and fuel average of dedicated vehicles.
Dispatch Route Planning.
Execute dispatch Plan timely.
Coordinate with transporter for timely arrival of vehicles.
Prepare invoicing & transfer note in SAP.
FEFO Compliance.
Stock Replenishment.
Ensure Warehouse & inventory management SOP’s and compliance.
Inventory accuracy through physical and SAP software.
Prepared data for freight sheet.Manage Supervisor & Labor Staff.
Ware House Management
To assign duties to the Godown team in such a way to achieve the daily loading target in an efficient manner.
To visit all the loading points on regular intervals on daily basis and supervise , watch and instruct the teams working in Godown Area.
To ensure strict compliance of cleaning and Hygiene Rules and provide assistance to Food Safety team for implementation of Food Safety and Hygiene Standards .
To provide complete details ,information and schedules to Food Safety team required for varios Quality and Audits and to maintain such records and implement such procedures as are required by Food Safety Team.
To attend staff meetings and make necessary communications with other departments and Head Office

Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
