Running and Managing the operations of a Sole Proprietor business of real estate. Working includes investments advisory, soliciting different real estate projects, helping buyers and sellers from searching to finalizing a property deal. Small scale building and construction experience is also included. Public relation and marketing are also the core part of the business.

Performed as Branch Operation Manager [BOM] and Officiated as Branch Manager [BM] as well. Responsibilities included Branch Operations Management together with routine operational work, expenses management, vendor management, submission of different types of withholding taxes and supervision of day to day retail banking transactions related to clearing and transfer of cheques, account opening, Compliance, inward remittance and cross selling of different banking products. Contributed in sales including NTB, branch deposit portfolio, Auto Financing, Banca Products, Credit Cards, investment in mutual funds and won CASA campaign along with routine operational work.

Joined at fresh entry level position as retail banking officer [RBO], worked in different progressive roles of branch banking  operations namely customer services officer [CSR] and Personal Banker [PB], also officiated as customer services and operations manager [CSOM]. Worked on different assignments with maintaining the service excellence, appreciable  service delivery and achieved the desired targets within given time frame as set by management from time to time.

Enacted in several Teaching and Administration engagements including teaching at matric, inter and B.Com level, computer classes, general day to day institutional administration, directing test systems, organizing event, marketing and advertising plans, communication with internal and external stakeholders and managing the resources effectively.
