1800 retailer's base with 72 million monthly recharge and 80 million Financial Services business in 3 clusters.
I am in-charge of HYDERABAD to handle (financial Services HBL) operations of 3 franchises in Territory along with 10 team members. My core responsibilities includes; end to end Territories franchise management of the Financial Services. Konnect by HBL is a unique product which offers mobile banking services via Bio Metric infrastructure. My current role encompasses responsibilities of execution of Konnect by Hbl plan over Territory, Design Trade promos, Sales Management, Develop processes, fraud management, Training, Cash management, implementation of banking regulations over the channel, Analysis of sales trend, customer services index, cash flow, manpower, Analyzing overall Sales & Service (franchises) data & key performance indicator and responsibility of achieving targets of (DR, UBP, Retailer Induction, customer loyalty)
Major Responsibilities • Performing Major role in assisting Sales team to take all necessary actions for developing of Mobile Financial Services in Territory. • Regular analysis of channel ROI, Commissions and investments. • Managing and developing distribution/retail channel for Konnect business.
• Responsible of FS, Target Achievement and growth • Responsible for Training and coaching in the Territory for all team members and franchise • Managing retail channel and handling complaint’s for smooth operations • Responsible retailers sales targets • Managing all mapping and distribution issues of retail • Having responsibility to maintain float at franchise and retail level • Responsible of retail and franchise branding having separate budget • Leading and developing team members for next level • Formulate financial services strategy for channel in Territory in light of organization goals/ vision and future planning
