• Assists in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP).
• Attends the Weekly Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with Client) and assist in preparation of Minutes Of Meetings
• Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each assignment.
• Ensuring all procedures and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval.
• Coordinates materials and assists in the logistics, its shipment and receipt at construction site.
• Coordinates with all projects related personnel (onshore and offshore) on day-today progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project.
• Provide full support as required by the Management and PMT for all projects.
• Supervision of work at site ensures quality work at site and quantity.
• Preparation of Shop drawings, support in survey etc.
• Preparation of check requests
• Preparation of work plans
• Daily planning at site
• Participation in progress review meetings
• Record keeping of the project files.
• Negotiate contracts or agreements with contractors, and assist in administration of grants.
• Monitoring all phases of the construction process and taking the initiative to note and point to contractors and their representative and staff, including labors, construction mistakes , flaws, omissions and other problems to the contractors and their staff and workers and ensure that mistakes are corrected immediately .
• Maintain records in accordance with program standards.
• Prepare reports regarding the progress of projects including financial reports.
• To assist Team Leader in devising strategy and plans.
• Perform such other duties as may be assigned.

• Assessment, design, planning and execution of small and medium level infrastructure projects ( such as Flood protection walls, Irrigation Channel, Drinking water supply hand pumps, tube wells, dug wells), sanitation and other community projects).
• Preparation of estimates (BOQs) and technical drawings and documents.
• Providing technical support to the program in designated geographical areas (Agency/F.R) of responsibility.
• Manage technical and engineering components related to program implemented in an agency within FATA including the management of contractors.
• Design architectural and structural drawings as well as create bills of quantity, material specifications lists, and other technical documentation relating to infrastructure programming within FATA.
• Attend meetings to discuss potential areas of mutual interest and benefit with program targeted municipal authorities, government ministries, local and international NGOs, and FATA communities.
