Mangla Refurbishment Project Package IX- Substation 220/132 kV
1. Build new switchyard control building, complete with electric service, lighting, ventilation, fire detection system and air conditioning.
2. Provide new HV current transformers, where indicated, in the arrangement indicated on the single line diagrams. Provide foundations, steel support structures, grounding and wiring to the extent that the existing cannot be reused and meet the design criteria.
3. Provide new HV CVTs to replace the existing VTs and include six more CVTs at 220kV side of interconnector auto transformers- 1&2.
4. Provide and install new incoming line surge arresters.
5. Provide new protective relays along with panels and install in the new switchyard control building.
6. Provide substation automation system and install components in new control building and local to each switchyard bay.
7. Install new primary station AC system components comprising two11 kV/400 V auxiliary transformers and 400 V main switchboards.
8. Provide and install new station DC systems.
9. Furnish and install new SF6 circuit breakers for full isolation of interconnector autotransformers 1 and 2.

SECMC , Thar Coal & Power Project Block-II
• Working with Chinese company CNEEC on project of Sindh Engro Coal Mining Company (SECMC) and taking part in all activities regarding construction and implementation of all HSE policies according to client Safety guidelines.
• Liaising with client’s senior management and a variety of professionals, engineers, sub-contractors to meet the given target in safe manner ahead of project schedule.
• Checking and preparing site reports, drawings and designs.
Quality control in accordance with (SECMC) procedures method statements, site plans and inspection and test plans, all prepared by the project management team and by subcontractors.
• Conduct PSSR (Pre Start up Safety Review) of accomplished tasks according to client requirements and plan corrective/preventive measures accordingly.
• Liaising with company or project purchasing department to ensure that purchase orders adequately define the specified requirements.
• Making safety inspections and ensuring site procedures uphold construction and site regulations in light of SECMC safety procedures
