Currently, I am employed as a Lecturer and Asst. Manager admissions at Ilma University
Karachi Pakistan. The motivation and impetus of my employment has been teaching, research and community service. I have
maintained a balance by demonstrating a strong competency in Research i.e. (60%), Teaching (30%) and Community Service (10%).
The detailed curriculum vitae provides a comprehensive account of my teaching and research activities, achievements and
summarizes the prominent accomplishments in my career.
I completed my Master’s degree in 2017 from Iqra University, one of the premier business universities in Pakistan. My Master thesis
titled was “Identifying the Effects of MBA Education on job opportunities, career advancement and compensation†derived a
framework to examine and evaluate the factors that influence the overall job performance of employees.
During my academic career, I have gained recognition through transformational research, strong leadership and applied latest
teaching methods in the area of Business Administration focusing on Human Resource Management, Islamic Finance, and
Entrepreneurship. This is evident by: (i) demonstrated excellence in teaching and got more than 90% scores during faculty
performance evaluations for the last two (2) years of teaching and research at Ilma University, (ii) Best employee award for the year
2018, (iii) initiation of a large and vibrant research track at Ilma University with different research groups, (iv) initiation of multiple
HRM & Islamic finance related workshops.

• Develop and review statistical analysis of admissions related data such as student intake and enrollment to assist in enhancing the next round of student recruitment strategies, yield strategies and admissions processes.
