1. Identify the target area for project intervention in consultation with Regional Manager, Community Engagement Coordinator and Community Engagement & Gender Expert.
2. Conduct meetings with community influential leaders in target area and with existing COs.
3. Formation of new Community Organizations where required.
4. Conduct consultative meetings with COs and get feedback on selection criteria of potential youth to be provided for trainings and placements.
5. Identification of potential youth (minimum 35% female youth) from the communities as per pre-set criteria
6. Ensuring selected youth has been registered in MIS System.
7. Organize Reflect Circles at community level.
8. Facilitate Reflect Circles in analysis of local situation to target local problems and derive possible solutions to identified problems.
9. Assisting Reflect Circles in developing linkages relevant local authorities and to design community engagement events at local level.
10. Provide Contribution in organizing district Level Events for Community Engagement Support Reflect Circles to Leverage PYWD Project by connecting existing programs, business and enterprises.
11. Identification of high schools and to get them assosiated with training institutes.
12. Administer the school students exposure visits to the training institutes.
13. Facilitate in establishing syncronization between schools and training institutes.

1. Support the Technical Coordinator (Cooperatives) in implementing the  Cooperative organization program. 2. Responsible for program introduction and mobilization of target group (subsistence and semi-subsistence livestock keepes to organize their Farmers Milk Cooperatives (FMC) in allotted villages (each FMC Social Mobiliser to be responsible for cluster villages). 3. Responsible for identifying credible; energetic potential candidates with leadership qualities and prudent business acumen for holding the office of FMCs President, General Secretary, Treasurer and the Women Member etc. 4. Responsible for signing of Terms of Partnership between the project and the FMSc. 5. Systematically work on developing a coherent Organizational Vision, Mission and Values; and strategic direction in each FMC and ensure that they are shared by all FMC members. 6. Ensure that the FMC organizational management structure is established through a democratic process for appointment of the management team (FMC President, General Secretary, Treasurer and Women Member). 7. Responsible for ensuring that all capacity building activities are carried out in their respective FMCs according to the agreed time schedule in areas of FMC management (organizational management, leadership, team building, finance management, marketing, business cycle management, etc), livestock (fodder and extension, breeding, etc), family nutrition and gender empowerment through specialized partners and/or project staff. 8. Responsible for the ensuring that FMC organizational management policies, processes and systems are in place that are transparent with highest levels of accountability especially in financial management, human resource management, material and equipment management and assets tracking etc. 9. Collect daily updated data from warehouse i.e.; commodity receiving and dispatch information.  Beneficiary registration through online system.  Collect daily food distribution data from each Distribution team; compile the distribution reports and inform the Documentation Officer on daily basis.  Create a data base for all the beneficiaries by each Distribution Hub. Keep updated all the key personnel on day-to-day distribution plan activities at the sub-office level.  Update daily Distribution Board with information of warehouse food stock and distribution activities. Compile weekly data for preparing weekly/monthly distribution reports as per the prescribed formats.  Provide the Documentation Officer with necessary information in order to prepare monthly/quarterly narrative reports for donors as well as for the country office.  Arrange to keep adequate stock of all commodity management and distribution related forms as per SC’s standard commodity management procedures.  Collect case studies, human-interest stories, etc. as deemed appropriate and asked by the Documentation Officer. Assist Documentation Officer in preparation of update to be submitted to WFP for each monthly distribution.

 Coordinate in trucking arrangements and other logistics and material requirement for the planned commodity distributions Ensure timely delivery of commodities to distribution sites/centers. To facilitate smooth and speedy distribution of NFI. Assist in the preparation of a distribution timetable and informs recipients/beneficiaries through the community leaders and other possible means.  Responsible for issuance of correct package to intended recipients through proper scooping procedures, random checking of family package and other criteria deemed necessary for that particular situation.  Decide on what distribution system best suits the context, For example, individual or a group distribution system.  Establish the required NFI distribution mechanisms, including Distribution Committees (taking into account appropriate gender representation).  Ensure the beneficiary figures are known and that the amount of commodities available is sufficient to cover the whole group, be it a targeted or a general distribution.  Ensure that information concerning the distribution such as the items, quantities, target and procedure is disseminated to the population concerned. Ensure that the appropriate security measures are in place to ensure a smooth distribution, such as crowd control and safety of commodities. Put in place to complaint mechanisms.
