Organization development 
1. Act as a Liaison between C-suite managers and business Unit managers. 
2. Develop cultural change interventions
3. Carry out policy development in coordination with HRBPs. 
4. Provide support in aligning software development and HR policy requirements.
5. Work on Gap-Analysis of existing HR policies and practices 
6. Carry Out HR Policy Audit at Individual Business Units. 
7. Prepare recommendations based on Audit reports and Gap Analysis Reports. 
8. Re-design HR forms based on Gap analysis. 
Learning and development
1. Develop and refine learning and development material.
2. Carry out end-end training activities i.e. collection of internal nominations, maintenance of nomination records, Maintenance of trainee records, Maintenance of Training Feedback.

4. Design training brochures and maintain efficient correspondence with design studio team. 
Operations 
1. Assist HRBP Operations
