Twenty three years of Command and staff experience of Pakistan Army in Human Resource Management, Military Police, Logistics, Transportation, Security and Administration. Remained staff officer for seven times (mostly on appointments related to Management and Administration). Worked twice as Second-in-Command of a Regiment mainly dealing with Security, Training and Development of Troops along with managing Accounts as Account Officer of the Regiment. Worked in Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) Wah for three year dealing primarily with Security and Administration Related Matters. Worked twice as Wing Commander in Civil Armed Forces with Ministry of Interior for Law Enforcing, Anti Terrorist Border Security Duties of Pakistan. Commanded Military Police Unit at Divisional Headquarter Level. During Army Service closely interacted with Civil Departments while working on special projects like Census of 1998, Monitoring of District Management Internal Security Duties. Since 2007, I am working with Askari Group as Manager HR Admin / Staff Officer to Executive Director (Industries Farms), Army Welfare Trust (AWT) mainly dealing with Security, Administration, Protocol, HR, Recruitment, Compensation, Coordination, Liaison and Transportation till to date.
