•Consolidating the data for Reporting Chart of Accounts on quarterly basis
•Formulating reports interrelating delinquencies with various types of Products and various attributes of the customers & regions to enable the management to take pertinent decisions.
•Stoppage of accruals of surrender and deceased cases in the system
•Generation of Delinquency report for Collection and Recovery Department.
•Reconciliation of Data provided by Regions for Collection and Recovery Department.
•Analyzing and reviewing / QA new developed reports, forms and Application Software’s
•Coordination with software vendors and end users to facilitate in development of best possible software for consumer products
•Coordinates a variety of projects and activities for the purpose of ensuring compliance with Senior MIS Officers
•Handling and rectification of CAMS related complaints
•Provide guidance / training to branches, regions if there are IT / CAMS related matters
•Any other assignment given by the authorities.
