Play a proactive role in the administration of UN Owned Equipment (UNOE) and all products in stock for use. Perform the check procedures for the employees, including Check-In and Check-Out (CICO) request. Oversee the reception/delivery of all stock from/to sectors, as well as the correctness of the delivery against the database. Engage in the receipt and inspection of vendor-delivered products. Contribute to the execution of Statements of Requirements (SOR), Statements of Work (SOW), and bid technical evaluation. Ensure inventory control for on-hand goods through the designated Storekeeper. Organize materials requirements for new, continuing, and planned projects and activities with representatives from Regional Technical Units (Engineering, Transport, and CITTS) and Regional Administration Officers (RAOs). Create and sustain adequate warehouse facilities for commodities, regulate all objects subject to storage expiry, and support in the operation of a commodity disposal system in line with UN laws.

·         Evaluated accepted requests for all commodities and issue them in compliance with approved quantities, acceptable scales of issuance, mission priorities, and stock availability, utilizing UMOJA inventory management tool.
·         Improved decision-making senior management approach by obtaining and compiling all paperwork like as delivery slips, R&I reports, invoices, CMRs etc as well as submitted MINUSMA Headquarters in Bamako for processing.
·         Examined and deployed procurement and management process improvements at the United Nations Mission headquarters\' centralised warehouse.
·         Contributed to the process of cycle counting inventory items worth 80 million dollars, both serialised and non-serialized.

Oversaw all logistical operations, including warehouses and employee monitoring, transportation routing, and cooperation with many stakeholders, including the government and implementation partners. Collected and compiled data, produced and/or contributed to reports and ensured information accuracy in corporate systems in support to informed decision-making, resulting in approximately 580K long lasting insecticidal nets successfully distributed among the beneficiary catchment areas.

• Handled, stored, and dispatched 170000 metric tons of food commodities from Sukkur warehouse to other locations in Pakistan with zero losses. Stored and dispatched wash and shelter goods for over 1M families of affected population.
• Formulated, verified, and signed off warehouse & transport documents and warehouse transaction records to assure immediate reporting on commodity movements in accordance with the corporate requirements.
